A prison is not a place of hope.
It symbolizes entrapment
through barbed wire fences
and cells. However, for Grayson
County, hope is found in
these walls. Hope is found
in the employment that will
be generated and the people
that will bring money into the
economy as they visit their
friends and relatives. And even
though right now that hope is
a waiting hope, the people of
Grayson County know that it is a
hope that will be fulfilled.
